Can I change the product after I have placed an order?

That’s not possible. You can cancel the order within one hour of placing the order.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Though you cannot make any changes to the design after placing the order but in case, you may want to alter the quantity of a product in your placed order or you may even require having your shipping address updated, these changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately along with your order number.

When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?

We shall process your refund immediately after cancellation of your order by the used payment method. The email will follow once your order has been cancelled. The refund process might take 3~10 working days depending upon your payment method.

If I return a product on my own do I get back the shipping charges?

Once you incur courier charges please email us the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return. We will refund your courier charges up to a maximum of Rs 160 per kg. If you are unable to send the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return request, we will refund you a flat Rs 100 against the courier charges.
Refunds for courier charges are always in the mode of dream-impression vouchers which can be redeemed on your future purchase.

Why my order was undelivered and returned to warehouse?

Your order was undelivered and Returned to Origin due to any of the following reasons- Non-Serviceable Location / Incomplete Address / Wrong Pin Code / Consignee not available / Army area. In this case, you will not receive any refund; however, we will re-ship your order.

What if my order is undelivered?

If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complain with our Customer Support Team within 15 days from the Date of Shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 15 days for the non-delivery of your order then dream-impression will not be responsible for it and will not make any refund credits to your account.

What do we have to do to get Reward Points on order ?

There are 2 steps to avail Reward Points in your Reward Wallet
1. Reward Points offer must not be expired.
2. Your order value must be greater or equal to the order value defined Reward Point offer.

You have to subscribe on website with your valid email id and we will send you mail for every Offer, Discount, Coupons, Special products and many more.

What is the value of 1 Reward Points in Rupees?

1 Reward Point = 1 Rupees and it is valid only on Dream Impression website to purchase any product.

How many Reward Points can be use on every order ?

Currently you can 30% of your Total Reward Points available in your Reward Wallet on every order. And percentage value can be increase or decrease from authority without any perior notice. You have to stay updated our Terms And Conditions.

How much expire validity of Reward Points ?

Currently Reward Points expire validity is 3 month from order date.
